Troubleshooting

For upload issues, confirm the file is a CSV or XLSX file, is under your plan's file-size and row limits, and opens correctly in your spreadsheet tool.

For parsing issues, review the detected delimiter, encoding, sheet name, header row, and sample rows when those values are visible in the app.

For AI-assisted mapping issues, confirm your selected provider, model, reasoning settings, and provider API key are valid. You can use a run-only key for a single mapping request or delete a saved key from AI Settings.

For export issues, review validation messages, confirm required Shopify fields are mapped, and retry the download from the export step.

For billing issues, review the Billing screen in the app and Shopify admin billing records before contacting support.

Billing and Plan Limits

The app shows your current file and row limits on the Upload and Billing screens. Plan changes are handled through Shopify billing.

Data Deletion

Discard individual uploads from inside the app when you no longer need them. Uninstalling the app starts Shopify's standard privacy cleanup flow for shop-owned app data.
